At HolistaPet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until we notify you that your refund or exchange has been processed.
